My client is a well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Bournemouth with ambitious growth plans and a strong leadership team. You’ll handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes, develop client relationships and play an active role in the continued success of the practice.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
• Advise on commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency and professional negligence
• Handle corporate and shareholder disputes, including shareholder agreement issues
• Work on defamation matters
• Advise a diverse client base across sectors including Financial Services, Retail and Transport
• Build strong client relationships and develop your own client base
• Contribute to networking, business development and the growth of the team

About You

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor with experience appropriate to Associate or Senior Associate level
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Confident managing client relationships and handling complex disputes
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Proactive and keen to contribute to business development
• Ambitious and looking for a clear route to career progression
