Welsh Speaking LSA

We are currently building a talent pool for ongoing staffing needs across the region and are seeking Welsh Speaking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our trusted network on behalf of our client based in Aberfan, Merthyr. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in supporting learners, particularly those with Welsh Language support experience. As a Temp Welsh Speaking LSA, you will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support to students, ensuring they reach their learning potential in a positive environment. The role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting learners with diverse needs. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, specifically with Welsh language support - Fluency in Welsh and English, both written and spoken - Experience working with students in an educational setting - Ability to effectively implement support plans and adapt to learners' needs - Good organisation and communication skills - Relevant references demonstrating previous support work Joining our talent pool offers you the chance to work with a committed team in a supportive environment.
