About the Role

As a Care Assistant in Complex Care at Drummond Grange Care Home, you will support residents with specialised needs, including advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington’s disease. Working within our newly refurbished units and a supportive management team, you will help residents enjoy each day by delivering high-quality, person-centred care, companionship, and support.

• Assisting residents with daily living and specialised personal care

• Supporting residents with food, drink, and nutritional needs

• Following tailored care plans and ensuring valuable one-to-one time with residents

• Bringing warmth, empathy, and professional dedication to a vibrant environment

About You

To join us as a Complex Care Assistant, you will need:

• Previous experience of caring for older people or in a care setting

• A positive, can-do approach with excellent communication skills

• Genuine empathy, warmth, and a passion for delivering exceptional, specialised support
