An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2–6 years PQE) to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Darlington.
This is a chance to become part of a successful and growing commercial property team undertaking a broad range of high-quality work. The team regularly acts on transactions alongside some of the largest law firms in Newcastle, providing exposure to sophisticated matters typically associated with larger city practices, while maintaining a supportive and balanced working environment.
The role will involve advising on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development work. You will work closely with an exceptionally well-respected Partner who is recognised for their technical expertise and strong reputation within the commercial property market.
