The Role

You'll join a busy Residential Property team, managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You'll work closely with colleagues across the department while providing exceptional service to a loyal client base.

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction.
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor status with experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across the full conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• The ability to manage your own caseload efficiently.
• A proactive and organised approach.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
