Chef Manager requirements:
- As Chef Manager you will have previous proven experience of recruitment, training and nurturing
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Prior background within B&I and or healthcare facility
- Ability to manage and maintain various areas within this unit
- Brilliant customer service as well as empathy
- Food hygiene and safety certificates
- NVQ or Level 3 qualifications in Catering or similar
