Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Full Time Night Receptionist for a luxury Hotel, situated just outskirts of Cheltenham. The hours will be 11pm - 7am.
Receptionist duties:
- Booking reservations
- Managing emails
- Answering incoming calls to the hotel
- Checking guests in and out
The night time Receptionist will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- High standards in Customer Service
- A full driving license due to the location
- Previous experience in a similar role (beneficial however full training will be provided).
