About the role
Infrastructure Engineer
We're recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing IT team at an exciting time of investment, modernisation, and cloud adoption.
The Role
You'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing a diverse IT environment, working across both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. Alongside day-to-day engineering activities, you'll play a key role in infrastructure improvement and modernisation initiatives.
This role would suit someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical challenges, improving systems, and continuously developing their skills.
What You'll Be Working With
- Windows Server
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- VMware
- Networking technologies
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Exposure to Azure cloud technologies
- Experience with VMware virtualisation
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
