About the role
Know your Victoria sponge from your fruit cake? Our bakers are responsible for producing our exceptional range of biscuits, traybakes and cakes sold in our farmshops and kitchens. You will make sure we can delight our customers by achieving a high standards of food quality and presentation; in line with company standards and that adequate quantities are produced to fulfil the requirements of the business.
Adhering to the production schedules you will help the team in ensuring orders are fulfilled and sufficient products are produced for expected levels of trade whilst ensuring products are of a consistent high quality and produced in line with our specifications.
