Location: Sittingbourne

Hourly Rates:

• £13.00 p/h – Day Shift (08:00 – 18:30)

• £14.75 p/h – Night Shift (20:00 – 06:30)

Shift Patterns:

• Sunday to Wednesday

• Wednesday to Saturday

We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Hygiene Operatives (Cleaners) to join our client’s team in Sittingbourne.

This role involves carrying out cleaning and hygiene duties to ensure the site is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. We are looking for hardworking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities as a Hygiene Operative – Cleaner:

• Carry out general cleaning and hygiene duties throughout the site.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in designated work areas.

• Follow site cleaning procedures and hygiene requirements.

• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly.

• Follow all health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.

• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and within the required timeframes.

• Work as part of a team to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment.

Requirements as a Hygiene Operative – Cleaner:

• Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is desirable but not essential.

• Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to follow site procedures and health and safety guidelines.

• Flexibility to work the assigned shift pattern, including weekends.

• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out practical cleaning duties.
