The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch
• Drive residential sales activity and ensure branch targets are achieved
• Generate new business opportunities and increase local market share
• Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
• Recruit, mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, mortgage advisers, and local contacts
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the property journey
• Monitor branch profitability and identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulations
• Work closely with senior management to support the continued success of the business

Branch Manager Requirements

• Previous experience within a residential estate agency
• Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Sales Manager, or as a Senior Negotiator ready to progress
• Proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales targets
• Strong valuation and business development skills
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
• Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to build strong relationships and establish a presence within the local Mildenhall market
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Working Arrangements

• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
