About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community in London. In this vital role, you will work closely with pupils with special educational needs (SEN), helping them access learning, develop social skills, and thrive in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties.

• Assist class teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual needs.

• Support the emotional and social development of pupils.

• Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals.

• Contribute to EHCP reviews and the implementation of personalised learning plans.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.

• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A strong commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
