Job Responsibilities

• Support teachers with the delivery of effective lessons
• Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support to pupils
• Assist pupils with their learning, development and classroom activities while encouraging independence
• Support positive behaviour management and contribute to a calm, inclusive and purposeful learning environment
• Prepare classroom resources and learning materials in line with lesson objectives
• Work collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff to support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
