A dynamic London-based housing organisation, specialising in shared ownership homes, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing & Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive marketing professional ready to take a lead role in enhancing brand presence, delivering innovative campaigns, and driving high-quality lead generation.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will act as a key link between departments, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable outcomes across all channels.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all areas of activity

Managing the production of marketing materials and engaging digital content

Running targeted digital campaigns across modern social media platforms

Delivering effective campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads for new developments

Implementing data-driven lead generation strategies to optimise campaign performance and ROI

Coordinating award entries, tenders, and corporate or client presentations

The successful candidate will have:

Between 2–5 years’ marketing experience

Background in housing, property, or the built environment (essential)

Strong project management capabilities with a creative and confident communication style

Proven ability to develop and execute lead generation and marketing strategies that deliver measurable results

Experience using InDesign and/or Photoshop (highly desirable)

A collaborative attitude and the ability to build strong cross-team relationships
