Overview of the role

John Bell & Croyden 

John Bell & Croyden is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Store Manager to lead our retail and pharmacy floor and help drive the continued success of our world-renowned Wellbeing Emporium.Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and performance of the store, leading Floor Managers and retail team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, commercial results and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Driving sales, profitability and key retail performance measures, including ATV and conversion.
• Leading, coaching and developing Floor Managers and store colleagues to build a high-performing team.
• Ensuring the delivery of a consistently exceptional luxury customer experience.
• Taking responsibility for retail compliance, including Health & Safety, till operations and company procedures.
• Working closely with Buying, Marketing, HR and brand partners to support sales-driving initiatives and product training.
• Leading succession planning, talent development and performance management across the store.
• Managing daily store operations, including key holder responsibilities, opening and closing procedures, and team scheduling.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Store Manager role.
• Proven success delivering ambitious sales and profit targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Experience within healthcare, wellbeing, beauty or luxury retail.
• Leadership, coaching or commercial management training.
