Are you a compassionate and dedicated leader ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? Bluebird Care is seeking an inspiring Registered Manager to join our Wiltshire South branch, based in Old Sarum , Salisbury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care that aligns with Bluebird Care's values of kindness, respect, and integrity.
- Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Requirements:
- Previous experience of caring for individuals in a domiciliary care setting
- 2 years experience as a Registered Manager
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team
- Hold an NVQ 5 or RMA equivalent, or be working towards this
- Excellent networking skills, with a good understanding of the care sector
Location: Old Sarum , Salisbury
Core Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
