Support Worker - North Wales

Locations: Caerwys, Mold, Kinmel Bay, Ruthin, Mancot, Flint, Rhyl, St Asaph. Hours: Day & night shifts available Contract: Zero hours contract with ongoing work and regular shifts. In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client. What you'll be doing: This is not a domiciliary care role .
