About the role
Key Requirements:

Strong functional knowledge of commodity trading and the complete deal lifecycle.

Effective collaboration with IT and business leadership across all management levels.

Hands-on experience designing and developing strategic solutions using Java and open-source technologies.

Expert proficiency in key technologies, including:

Java, Spring Framework, Apache Ignite

Multi-threading and concurrent programming

RESTful web services

Java-based Kerberos authentication and Windows security protocols

N-tier architecture design

SQL and database management
-
AWS Cloud services
-
Version control and automation tools such as VSTS, GIT, and Ansible

Distributed computing environments

Skilled in working on both Windows and Linux platforms.

Experience operating in large-scale, enterprise IT environments with diverse technologies and complex physical and logical infrastructures.

Developed and deployed advanced financial models, including factor models, portfolio optimizers, and trading valuation algorithms.

Strong foundation in statistical modeling and various mathematical techniques applied to quantitative analysis, particularly in volatile derivatives.

Familiarity with quantitative finance concepts and methodologies.

Proficient in Agile delivery practices, including continuous integration, unit testing, refactoring, and continuous deployment.

Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools to streamline development and operations.
