Gordon Ramsay are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Chef de Partie who thrives under pressure, loves the rhythm of a busy service, and takes pride in doing things properly
Key responsibilities include:- Run your assigned kitchen section with confidence, taking full responsibility for preparing, cooking, and presenting premium dishes
- Ensure exact consistency, flawless plating accuracy, and high-quality flavour, profiles across our menu items
- Manage, train, and pass down your culinary skills to more junior members of the team, like our Commis Chefs
- Track your section's inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and communicate ingredients shortages proactively to the Sous Chef
- Maintain a sanitary, safe, and heavily organized workstation in strict compliance with health and food safety regulations.
