• Main Dealer based in Ashford, Kent
• Circa £38k Basic Salary + Bonus
• Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM - No Weekends
• Full main dealer training programme

• Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify faults accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs and replacements of components as required, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
• Use specialised equipment and software to identify issues and verify repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and workshop protocols.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work carried out.
• Assist in the ongoing training and development of team members where applicable.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining diagnostics and repair work clearly.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a focus on diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, software, and workshop equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
