Job Introduction

You will join as a Food and Beverage Assistant at out Botanica Restaurant, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas. Here, your contribution will help create memorable moments for every guest while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation.
• Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
• Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations.
• Process payments accurately and follow company procedures.
• Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service.
• Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.

Person Specification

• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when serving guests.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high service standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Smart personal presentation and understanding of basic food hygiene.
