Teaching Assistant – Specialist School
A specialist school in Hertfordshire is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 2–19 with severe learning difficulties, including those with singular or multiple difficulties.
The school has an excellent range of resources and facilities and enjoys strong relationships with parents, families, professionals and the local community.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or relevant qualifications and will be confident supporting pupils with their learning and development. You will need to work well as part of a team, supporting pupils across all areas of the school under the direction of the Class Teacher.
The role:

34 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Term time only (43.6 weeks per annum)
8:45am – 3:45pm
30-minute lunch break
One after-school club per week, 3:30pm – 5:15pm
Swimming with pupils at least once a week
