About the Role

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client in Matlock, who are looking for a Logistics & Despatch Administrator to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Transport to organise loading of goods out and prepare required despatch documentation.

• Liaise with production staff to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

• Control goods in/out and receive goods/services onto the system.

• Organise and manage the administration of vehicle/equipment hire.

• Answer incoming telephone calls and re-route to appropriate department.

• Manage goods in/out.

• Welcome visitors to the site.

• Receive goods/services onto system.

• Manage bookings for all meeting rooms for the site.

• Carry out office administration duties as required.

• Adhere to and process any documentation relating to Health, Safety and Environment.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Confident using IT systems and completing data entry.

• Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload.

• Professional and confident when dealing with customers, visitors and suppliers.
