A leading specialist provider is seeking a passionate and dedicated Welsh Teacher to join a secondary school in Caerphilly. Key Responsibilities:
As a Welsh Teacher based in Caerphilly, your daily duties will include:

Leading a classroom of learners across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Sixth Form
Preparing classrooms and planning schemes of work aligned with the national curriculum
Delivering engaging lessons in Welsh, incorporating both classroom and lab-based activities
Managing behaviour in accordance with school policies
Marking work and providing feedback to support student progress
Attending parents' evenings and school events
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Welsh Teacher, you will need:

At least 1 year of Welsh or relevant teaching experience (exceptions for NQTs)
Hold Qualified Teacher Status or overseas equivalent
Registration as a Teacher with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) – assistance available
Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
References covering the last two years (no gaps)
Right to work in the UK
