The position
Bright Futures Recruitment is seeking a committed, resilient cover supervisor to join a fantastic SEMH school in a small village just outside Colchester. It's an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The role
- Supervise classes during teacher absence.
- Support pupils with SEMH needs in their learning.
- Maintain a positive, calm and safe learning environment.
- Build rapport and set clear boundaries.
- Work as part of a dedicated, supportive staff team.
What you'll need
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Confidence working with young people with SEMH needs.
- Reliability, resilience and a caring approach.
- Availability for an immediate start.
