About the role
Our client is looking for a Lead Scrum Master to join their team working on strategically important Defence programmes in an Agile environment. You'll need solid hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong grasp of lean-agile principles and mentoring and coaching. The ideal candidates will have a Defence background. Working Patterns and location – Hybrid – 2-3 days on site per week
