Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary School Teaching Assistant based in Caerphilly, your daily duties will include:

Providing general classroom support to enhance student learning experiences

Fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Assisting with the supervision of students during activities and break times

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will need:

Prior experience working with primary school children (preferred)
An enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting young learners
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and adaptable with a passion for education
Relevant qualifications or training in supporting children (preferred but not essential)
