Hiring Manager: Head of Practice - Data Analytics

Company Background:

• Founded by the CEO of large recruitment agency (Private Equity owned now)

• Initially focused on placing into finance (interim/permanent )

• Expanded into data & analytics due to market demand

Current Situation:

• Strong deal flow expected in the next 12 weeks

• 20-25% YOY growth

• Mid-market, sector-agnostic focus

• Most work is exclusive

Team & Locations:

• 108 employees across London, Chelmsford, Frankfurt, and New York

• Data & Analytics team: 10 people (4 perm, 3 interim, 3 tech leadership)

Openings on Data Analytics Team:

• 1 Interim

• 1 Tech Leadership

• 2 Permanent

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of experience (data experience a plus)

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Comfortable meeting candidates face-to-face and virtually

• Collaborative, results-oriented team player

• Diverse background welcome

Salary & Commission:

• £30k base + commission for grads

• Up to £45k-£50k base + commission for exceptional senior candidates

• 2+ years working in the recruitment industry.

• Experience in recruiting into Data & Analytics is a bonus.

• BD experience – experience bringing on clients and candidates.
