📍 Location: Chartham, near Canterbury

💷 Pay: £15.15 per hour

🕖 Hours: 7pm-5am, 5 nights a week including weekends

📄 Contract: Ongoing temporary, with potential to become permanent

🚀 Start: Immediate

HRGO are looking for a Night Shift Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation. The role is mainly focused on administration, data entry and maintaining accurate records, with some support for general warehouse processes.

Job Duties:

• Completing general administration and data entry
• Updating and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Recording and checking information accurately
• Maintaining paperwork and warehouse records
• Inputting and updating stock information
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks
• Helping keep records organised and up to date

What we're looking for:

• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Able to work independently during night shifts
• Previous administration experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential
• Comfortable working 7pm-5am, including some weekends
• Due to the location, you will need a licence and access to a vehicle.
