The branch can boast to being very busy and having a great reputation in the local area. Job Description
- Expand the foothold of the Commercial division
- Ability to identify, win and retain business by providing exceptional customer service
- Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Provide a professional recruitment service
- Lead by example
- Mentor and lead your team
- Assist Branch Manager in day to day management of the office and escalated client liaisons
- Previous recruitment experience
- Hunger to succeed with a strong work ethic
- Ability to develop and grow relationships
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
