Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary School Teaching Assistant based in Caerphilly, your daily duties will include:

Providing effective support within the classroom to facilitate a positive learning environment

Assisting with classroom management and promoting student engagement
Supporting the development of pupils in the foundation phase, fostering social, emotional, and academic growth

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will need:

Previous experience working with primary school children, especially in the foundation phase
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners
Ability to adapt in a dynamic classroom setting
Relevant DBS check or willingness to undertake one (if applicable)
