About the Company
You'll be joining an established, independent insurance brokerage with over 25 years of experience advising both businesses and private clients. The business has built a strong reputation for professional advice, specialist expertise, and delivering excellent customer service across a range of insurance sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers to introduce insurance services and generate qualified appointments for the insurance team.
- Build rapport with potential clients, handling initial enquiries professionally and identifying suitable opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
- Work towards agreed activity and appointment targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
About You
- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a telephone-based sales role.
- Experience using CRM or telemarketing systems to manage customer activity.
- Confident communicating with prospective customers and booking appointments over the telephone.
