Receptionist

Role: Corporate ReceptionistSalary: £27-29k (depending on experience)Location: Birmingham City Centre We're seeking a highly organised and personable individual to join a fantastic team as a Front of House Receptionist as a newly refurbished office building in the city centre. You'll be the first port of call for tenants, ensuring their experience is exceptional and putting customer service first. Responsibilities:Welcome visitors with a warm and professional manner.Manage tenant relations: Address enquiries, coordinate moves in/out, and foster positive relationships.Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.Liaise with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.Act as the first point of contact during emergencies and implement safety protocols. Qualifications:Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer service, front of house position (ideally in an office building or hospitality)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to excellent service.
