People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering £12.71 per hour, consistent Monday-to-Friday shifts, weekly pay, no weekend working and opportunities to secure a permanent position within a busy warehouse environment.

This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Packing Operative, Warehouse Labelling Operative, Rework Operative or E-commerce Fulfilment Operative.

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
• Carrying out general packing and repackaging duties
• Labelling products accurately
• Reworking products as required
• Completing kitting and value-added service (VAS) activities
• Moving stock around the warehouse using safe manual handling techniques
• Preparing and dispatching products in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Scanning products and assisting with stock control
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Completing customer orders accurately and within required timescales
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
• Basic level of English
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Good communication skills
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
Desirable Experience
• Previous warehouse, packing or repackaging experience
• Experience within e-commerce fulfilment operations
• Previous experience with labelling, rework, bundling or value-added services
• Warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided
Training Provided
• Full training provided, including warehouse processes and safe working procedures
• Ongoing training and development opportunities
