Our client in Lichfield has urgent requirements for an experienced sous-chef to join their team on the 24th and 25th of January.
Duties will include.
-Line cooking, food preparation, and dish - Overseeing and organising kitchen stock and ingredients
Verifiy all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
Supervising all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous restaurant experience, food and beverage knowledge, industry knowledge, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of restaurant regulations, leadership, management, positivity and the ability to work under pressure.
