Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 basic + up to £7,000 bonus (OTE £45,000+)
Hours: Flexible hours with 4-day week option

About the Company
We’re recruiting for a reputable main car dealership in Sheffield that’s expanding its workshop team. They’re known for offering top-quality training, excellent facilities, and genuine career development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician to join a supportive, forward-thinking dealer group that values its technicians. Whether you’re an experienced Service Technician or aiming to progress towards Master Technician, this role provides great earning potential and flexibility.
Vehicle Technician Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards

Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment

Perform vehicle health checks and safety inspections
-
Complete repair documentation accurately and on time

Work closely with the service team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience Required
-
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) – essential

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, or Car Mechanic

MOT licence preferred but not essential
-
Confident diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
-
A positive attitude with good attention to detail

Full UK driving licence
