Job Description:
Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager to lead a Care Home in Carmarthen. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of care, and inspire a dedicated team within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Care Home Manager based in Carmarthen, your daily duties will include:

Leading and inspiring the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Ensuring compliance with CIW regulations, RISCA standards, and company policies.
Managing budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
Building strong relationships with residents and their families to promote satisfaction.
Liaising with healthcare professionals, external agencies, and the local community to support residents’ needs.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Registered Care Home Manager, you will need:

Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
Registered with Social Care Wales (or eligible for registration).
Previous experience as a Care Home Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Manager.
Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and RISCA standards.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and people management skills.
Compassionate, resident-focused approach.
