Job Title: Healthcare Assistant – Dementia & Elderly Care
Location: Neath, Wales, UK
Salary: £14.24- £27.36 per hour (DOE)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Providing personal care and support to residents with dementia and other health conditions
Assisting with daily activities and implementing care plans
Using manual handling equipment safely and effectively
Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
Supporting the delivery of therapeutic and holistic care

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for elderly residents
Right to work in the UK
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
