Earthworks Foreman – Lead Your Team on HS2!

Are you ready to lead the way on-site? We’re looking for an experienced Earthworks Foreman to manage the day-to-day operations of earthworks activities on the Sizewell C project. You’ll be the go-to person for overseeing teams, equipment, and materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Safety First: Oversee health, safety, and environmental practices, ensuring compliance daily.
- Boost Efficiency: Work with supervisors to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Ensure construction methods and ITPs are followed for top-quality work.
- Material Management: Order and manage materials to keep the work flowing seamlessly.
- Team Performance: Provide key feedback and lead by example to keep the team on track.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in the industry, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of GPS machine guidance.
- SMSTS qualification and CSCS Gold Card.
- Leadership skills and the ability to work with clients and team members professionally.
Bonus Points:
- CPCS plant qualifications and First Aid certification.
- SEATS and CSCS Black Card.
