UX Designer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced digital agency at the heart of web development and digital marketing. You’ll work on a wide range of client projects while also playing a key role in shaping a brand-new SaaS product from the ground up.

Some of the responsibilities:

• Apply design thinking methodology to solve complex user experience challenges

• Create wireframes and user flows before moving to high-fidelity designs

• Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and information architecture

• Design intuitive and accessible interfaces using Figma for multiple devices and platforms

• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency

• Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing

• Produce design documentation for accurate implementation

• Collaborate with content creators, marketing specialists, and developers throughout the project lifecycle

• Stay current with UX trends and best practices

• Advocate for user-centred design principles

• Contribute to shaping and evolving the SaaS product strategy

Some of the requirements:

• Professional UX design experience, preferably in an agency setting

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centred design process

• Experience with design thinking and wireframing

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices

• Experience with user research and usability testing

• Knowledge of current UX trends and application in real projects

• Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions

• Self-motivated with a desire to grow and develop in UX design
