Job Description:Pay: £14.24- £17.48 per hourJob Description:Job OverviewThomas Recruitment are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Bridgend.This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm position with a growing manufacturer producing high-quality electrical products.Working HoursPattern 1:Week 1: Monday -Wednesday 18:20pm -06:30 am (3 shifts)Week 2: Wednesday-Friday 06:20am-18:30pm (3 shifts)week 3: Monday-Tuesday 06:20-18:30 & Thursday-Friday 18:20pm-06:30am (4 shifts)Pattern 2:Week 1: Monday-Friday 0645-1445Week 2:Monday- Friday 1445-22445Week 3: Monday- Friday 2245-0645Pattern 3:Day shifts 0645 - 1545DutiesUsing hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.Following work instructions and assembly drawings to ensure products are built correctly.Carrying out visual quality inspections throughout the assembly process.Ensuring all products meet the company's quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.Working efficiently to production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working area.Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times.RequirementsPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable.Experience using hand and power tools.Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.Ability to follow written instructions and assembly drawings.Reliable with a strong work ethic.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Committed to producing high-quality work.Quality stamina as you will be stood up a lotBenefitsWeekly payOvertime availableLong-term career opportunities with progressionSupportive team environmentApply today to be considered for an immediate start.
