The successful candidate will advise a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and elderly clients, across the full spectrum of private client matters. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a complex and varied caseload of private client matters
• Advising on wills, estate planning and wealth preservation
• Handling probate and estate administration matters, including high-value estates
• Providing advice on trusts, trust creation and trust administration
• Advising on inheritance tax, succession planning and asset protection
• Dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A minimum of 7 years' PQE in private client law
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters
