Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end development of insurance products, from market research and ideation through to implementation and launch.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, marketing materials, and customer propositions to enhance customer experience and commercial performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
Analyze product and sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve existing products.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and business objectives.
Assist in system implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product launch activities.
Provide administrative and project support throughout the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the product team.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience within the insurance industry.
Exposure to product development, product management, business analysis, or project coordination is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working in Agile or project-based environments is a plus.
