We're recruiting for a Head of Residential Sales to join a highly respected independent property business with an established presence across Norfolk.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an ambitious and commercially focused estate agency professional to take ownership of a successful residential division, drive business performance, and influence the strategic direction of a growing business. The Role

As Head of Residential Sales, you will:

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of the Residential Estate Agency division
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and new business opportunities across the region
• Champion the brand and maintain exceptional service standards across all offices
• Generate new instructions through business development, market appraisals, and client relationships
• Lead, mentor, and develop Residential Managers and branch teams
• Monitor departmental and branch performance, implementing strategies to achieve business objectives and budget targets
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring consistent standards and processes across the division
• Work collaboratively with other departments to maximise cross-referrals and identify new revenue opportunities
• Lead marketing initiatives to strengthen the firm's local market presence and reputation
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry regulations, and best practice
• Chair management meetings, review performance data, and deliver clear leadership across the residential operation

Head of Residential Sales Requirements

• Significant leadership experience within Residential Estate Agency, ideally at Area Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Residential, Divisional Director, or equivalent level
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and improving business performance
• Strong people management skills, with experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams
• Commercially astute, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Experience winning instructions, generating new business, and building strong client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of estate agency legislation, compliance, and industry best practice
• Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic leadership with operational involvement
• A confident and inspiring leader who leads by example and drives high standards
