We are recruiting a reliable, hard-working General Site Labourer for an ongoing position on an active construction site in Dorking.

This position offers full-time hours, steady ongoing work, and competitive weekly pay options depending on your preferred pay structure (£14.24/hr PAYE or £16.55/hr Umbrella).

• Assisting site trades (bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers) with daily operations.

• Unloading delivery vehicles and moving building materials safely across site.

• Sweeping work areas, clearing construction waste, and maintaining site skips.

• Keeping access routes, walkways, and stairwells clear and hazard-free.

• Following site health and safety guidelines and wearing full PPE at all times.

• Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential).

• Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis jacket/vest, hard hat, and safety gloves).

• Previous general labouring experience on active construction sites.

• Hard-working, punctual, and dependable work ethic.

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40-45 hours per week).

• Rates: £14.24/hr (PAYE) or £16.55/hr (Umbrella).

• Duration: Long-term / ongoing work.
