INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (APPSW)

For GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) experience assisting with digital library maintenance, 2) updating knowledge portal permissions, 3) providing end-user technical support for collaboration suites, and 4) creating basic workflow automations.. For GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) experience designing SharePoint/collaboration site architectures, 2) creating complex automated workflows, 3) formulating taxonomy standards, and 4) conducting Knowledge Management (KM) training for enterprise workgroups.
