MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: -Experience performing a full range of professional and technical duties involved in the preparation, analysis, billing and administration of contract procurement packages and contracts. -Experience preparing contracting reports and contractor/vendor work statements including Performance Work Statement (PWS), The Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGE), the NAVY Information Dominance, Approval System(NAV-ITAS IPTR), the Determinations and Findings (D&F), and Request For Issuance of Funding Document (RIFD) and other similar documents/reports. -Experience assisting in the development of fiscal year Spend Plans and multi-year Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) financial planning reports. -Experience training, mentoring and supporting junior level staff. This position is within the Work Category PROFESSIONAL at Work Level FULL PERFORMANCE, Series and Grade GG-0343-12.
