Nursery Manager – up to £55,000 depending on experience

We are recruiting for an experienced, energetic and driven Nursery Manager to work for a busy nursery based in Thurrock. The role is full time, has onsite parking as well as good public transport links. The nursery caters for 135 children daily, along with a wrap around facility for primary aged children. A really exciting opportunity for a Nursery Manager who loves a challenge and the opportunity to be part of a large fun and busy team.

The role of Nursery Manager will include:

• Overseeing the day to day management of the Nursery
• Building strong relationships with parents
• Show rounds and registrations
• Role modelling high quality practice within the rooms
• Leading a staff team of 25+
• Having excellent relationships with the staff and families

As the Nursery Manager you will need to have:

• Full and relevant early years qualification
• Enjoy leading and motivating a team
• Proven success at managing a Nursery to a high standard
• Quality driven and able to role model good practice
• Inspiring leadership skills which can attract and retain a stable team
• Excellent parent partnerships
