Interim Billing Analyst – £27,000 to £30,000 | Manchester | Hybrid

VH Financial Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the world’s leading Pharma/Life Science organisations to recruit an experienced Interim Billing Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a truly innovative, award-winning global organisation on an interim basis, supporting the finance function during a period of change and development.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, quickly integrate into the existing team and make an immediate impact across billing, OTC processes and ongoing finance projects.

The Role

As an Interim Billing Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and efficient billing and OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes, whilst supporting continuous improvement, migration and knowledge transfer activities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions and provide hands-on support to ensure billing operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently.

This role would suit an experienced finance professional who is available immediately or at short notice, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to new systems, processes and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate billing and OTC processes in line with company policies.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support day-to-day finance operations and ensure deadlines are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process changes.
• Support migration and knowledge transfer activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues and new team members.
• Use strong analytical skills to investigate issues and identify solutions.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements.

About You

• Previous Billing/OTC experience, ideally within a Shared Service or international environment.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of process improvement, projects or business change.
• Migration and knowledge transfer experience would be highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident working independently and able to hit the ground running.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Previous interim or contract experience would be advantageous.

The Opportunity

• Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
• Interim/temporary assignment
• Hybrid working – 2 days in the office
