TSR Legal is recruiting for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join an established regional law firm in Chippenham. Our client is a well-established regional law firm with a broad range of legal services supporting private individuals, families and businesses.

The firm provides an environment where experienced lawyers can build strong client relationships, manage varied instructions and contribute to the continued development of the department.

About the Role

You’ll manage your own Private Client caseload covering a variety of matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

The role would suit a lawyer who enjoys providing a personal service, managing files independently and advising clients on important financial and family matters.

There is also scope to contribute to the growth of the department through client relationships and professional referrals.

Key Duties

• Draft Wills and advise clients on estate planning.
• Manage Probate and Estate Administration matters.
• Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Advise on inheritance tax considerations and succession planning.
• Assist with trusts and more complex Private Client matters where appropriate.
• Develop relationships with clients and professional contacts.
